Interesting site.
Some news, H4 Marine have been specifying some advanced composite bearings for use in heavy lift crane fall blocks and also in submersible pump systems, as well as the more traditional boat slipway pads, rudder and stern tube bearings.
Samples of the new Aqaurius material which is a development of Maritex have gone out to a number of clients for testing.
Maritex is one of the best performing dry bearing materials available.
